That’s when you go to Find Outlet. With three stores (two in NYC, one in New Jersey), Find is finally hitting L.A. The boutique has everything you love about sample sales (the designers, the prices) with none of the drawbacks (limited time, air of impending chaos). There are even dressing rooms, so you don’t have to strip to your skivvies midaisle.

Expect labels like Paul & Joe, LaRok, Lauren Moffat, Shoshanna, and Red Carter — all at 50 to 80 percent off retail. And, once settled, Find plans to hold some good old-fashioned (potentially knock-down, drag-out) sample sales. Until then, all those who’ve developed a fear of lines, hangers, and cardboard boxes can use this as a training ground.

It beats practicing your I-saw-that-skirt-first-butthead maneuvers on your little sister.
