At least now you can take responsibility for reversing it at Dtox Day Spa, a new sprawling-yet-intimate facility in Atwater that’s equal parts Asian minimalism and industrial cool — and all about cleansing and purifying.

Sleek locker rooms accented with warm woods, exposed brick, and pop-organic wall murals feature inviting saunas and steam rooms. The airy co-ed waiting area has comfy chaises and a tranquil fountain. Treatments include massages (all featuring hot stones), facials, mani-pedis, waxing, and lots of detoxifying scrubs and wraps.

They even make their own natural products and offer restorative flow yoga classes for those who like to sweat it out. Which might be just the thing for you — at least until you learn to stop listening to that inner devil.
