Maxine Boutique Opens

The following takes place between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on May 21.

When we last left you, you had just finished a day of labor and there was only an hour till the party. Your closet was slowly falling apart.

You place a call to CTU (Counter Terrycloth Unit), and they send you to Maxine, where you’ll find the backup you need to fight the poorly dressed enemy.

Modern, sophisticated, and feminine without too much poof or powder puff, the new boutique racks dresses, tops, and skirts from the likes of Karen Zambos, Mara Hoffman, and Sheri Bodell. Keep an eye out for Rebecca Minkoff bags throughout the shop and jewelry by Melinda Maria, Sheila Fajl, and Wendy Nichol.

And though tees, tanks, and jeans definitely take the backseat here, there are always a select few on hand for everyday nonemergencies.
