A new side entrance off Pico Boulevard leads through a trellised dining patio (complete with heated floor for cool nights) and into the beach clubby bistro-style main room.

For a quick bite, sit at the white marble and navy leather bar or the long communal table. Order oysters from the raw bar or summery faves like clam chowder, crab Louis salad, and fish and chips. Making a night of it? Nab a cozy booth or dine al fresco on barbecued baby back ribs, classic burgers, and red snapper tacos.

Or show up between 5 and 7 p.m. for the happy hour beer/wine/cocktail list and half-price appetizers.

So sneak on in.
