Ready for intimate dinners or house parties, the team’s modern way with old-world smorgasbord combines classic herring samplers, gravlax, and homemade crackers with such inspired bites as Västerbotten cheese quiche or the Working Class Hero, a meatball and beet salad sandwich favored by Nordic taxi drivers.
June and July bring customized Midsummer Celebrations with market menus, specially paired akvavits, and homemade songbooks. For Crayfish parties, which feature handmade hats for every guest, you’ll have to wait till August.
