You always put the “ate” in chocolate.

And when it comes to BonBonBar, it’s more of the same.

Using organic, all-natural ingredients, Westside confectioner Nina Wanat makes her decadent offerings in tiny batches.

In the caramel nut bar, walnuts, almonds, and Californian pecans are paired with cacao nibs and salty caramel. The Scotch bar, meanwhile, contains a mix of single malt Scotch, dark chocolate, gooey caramel, and Maldon sea salt.

If that isn’t enough for you, opt for the orange bar. For this goodie, slow-roasted pecans, nougat, and orange blossom honey are topped with caramel, enrobed in dark chocolate, and sprinkled with candied orange peel and muscovado.

No wonder there’s an “i” in sugar high.
