Eatz Cooking School Opens

To most, the game’s called Hot Potato. To you, simply Potato, as heating spuds has always proved a bit of a challenge.

Hone your chops (or just learn how to hold a knife) at Eatz, a new hands-on cooking school where you’ll learn the basics and advanced techniques with culinary flair.

Inside a private residence, small groups gather around a worktable with all the equipment needed to make it through the multicourse menu (chopping blocks, portable burners, measuring tools).

Choose from nights like Cocktail Bash, Your Home Steakhouse, Decadent Desserts, Mexican, or Mediterranean. Each begins with preprepared hors d’oeuvres and wine or cocktails and ends with a feast.

It’s totally tuberler.
