Cheesy Does It

Formaticum Cheese Paper and Accessories

You’re not known for cutting the cheese.

But you will be after you hit up Formaticum, a site dedicated to preserving and enjoying fromage.

Based in Portland, Oregon, the whizzes have taken it upon themselves to ensure that the hard work of cheesemakers is enjoyed by consumers as they intended.

Integral to making that happen is Formaticum’s two-ply cheese paper, which simulates a cheese cave environment. Watch the video demonstration to learn how to wrap properly. Also on hand are knives, slicers, spreaders, domes, labels, markers, and boards for cutting and serving.

Once you have the right gear, just head to the site with questions you may have.

It’s oozing with answers.

Available online at formaticum.com.
