Cole’s French Dip
What: L.A.’s oldest saloon and sandwichery revitalized by Cedd Moses (Golden Gopher, Seven Grand) has a Neal Fraser (Grace, BLD) remastered menu and Sasha Petraske and Eric Alperin (Milk & Honey) classically stocked bar waiting for you.
Why: Give ’em the Cole’s shoulder.

Provecho Restaurant and Remedy Lounge
What: Take your tequila at a table or saddle up to the fresh ceviche bar at Gabriel Morales’s (Republic/Boa) new modern Mexican spot and then slide through the back door for more creatively concocted drinks.
