You see the world in black and white.
No wonder you’re so focused on Kimberly Ovitz. Her entire spring collection is a chromatic party of two.
Strikingly sophisticated and seemingly effortless at the same time, the Los Angeles native’s debut is full of special pieces worth their price tags: The Oxar dress is a zipper-back onesie with versatile two-piece appeal, the Marshall jumper and Hunter plaid shirts embody laid-back ease, and accessories like the halter harness thrown over a tee or structured Walter sheath make for pretty/tough chic.
And while her minimalist art inspirations, city smarts, and equestrian Americana (hello, Johns Jodhpur pants) are clear, Ovitz summed it up best when she said, “Think ladies at the country house having a punk party and raiding the stable.”
She’s quite the colorful character indeed.
