Inventive combos include Naga truffle (sweet Indian curry, coconut) and sparkling muscat (tropical mango, sweet peach, pear, spicy curry), Hip Hop truffle (white chocolate, champagne) and champagne (apple, toasted nuts), and Bapchi’s caramel toffee (pink Himalayan salt, roasted nuts) and oatmeal stout (chocolate notes).
Winter will bring scotch and caramel pairings, and extended hours allow you to sip after work.
