East meets South making a comfort foodie mobile home out West.
Order Up: Lollipop Chicken (fried drummets with sweet and spicy tamarind glaze topped with sesame seeds) and Southern-style collard greens with smoked turkey.

Dogtown Dogs
All-beef snap dogs and toasty grilled buns, you dig?
Order Up: California Dog (basil aioli, tomatoes, avocado, arugula, and fried onions); Trailer Trash (chili, cheese sauce, and crumbled Fritos). Dessert Dog (Twinkie and a deep fryer) is a possible addition.

Trucking test run for a French-Asian restaurant opening next year.

Bet your fried pickles on these down-home delicacies.

Food Trucks are huge every where, theres even sites dedicated to tracking and indexing them all.
