Husband-and-wife team Nathan and Karen McCall run the show, stocking what’s fresh and sustainable, whether it’s GTL (ground chuck, tenderloin, or lamb); organic farm eggs; specially dry-aged, natural, certified Angus; or the catch of the day.
Questioning the kurobuta pork? Just ask. The Le Cordon Bleu-trained McCalls busted chops at Sona, NYC’s Daniel, and San Sebastián’s Arzak, to name a few, so let them tell you what to do or send you packing with whatever ready-to-grill/sear/roast suits your fancy/budget/time constraint.
