They struck again last night — getting down with a highfalutin house party with specialty slow-infusion cocktails paired with a market-loving menu of noshes, all to the tunes of a young music archivist.
The renegade chef, baker, and sommelier are On the Lamb.
Wanted across the county for pop-up culinary happs and catering jigs, the trio is already hatching plans for Violet Hour Supper Brunch (high tea service crossed with breakfast for dinner at an undisclosed location with a rooftop, sunset, custom-cocktail aperitif toast) and the Bareknuckle Cocktail Hour (a rock-and-roll-, cocktail-, food-fueled to-do event in a raw, unclaimed restaurant space).
It it’s only a matter of time before their next hit.
