Known for her eponymous leather jewelry line, the Brooklynite-by-way-of-Chicago likes to think of each piece as a pretty little pocket on a chain. They’ll free you up when you need only the essentials for the evening or keep the basics safe from being eaten by a seemingly bottomless tote.

Carroll churns out the Italian leather carrysomes in an array of spring colors — we’re particularly fond of the agave, navy, and pink. Each has just enough room for your ID, a key or two, a bit of cash, and a credit card (lipstick is pushing it, though we’ve found flat Rodin Olio Lusso balm fits nicely). And maybe even a little spare change.
