Anthony Mangieri descended upon us from New York like some kind of pizza shaman, and we are proud members of his Neapolitan cult. His pies are austere, showcasing only the most fundamental ingredients — tomato, mozzarella, olive oil, basil, sea salt — with subtle variations on each. On Saturdays only, Mangieri serves the Appollonia, named for his daughter and topped with salami and fresh eggs. Regardless of the day, Una Pizza opens at 5 p.m. and closes when the dough runs out.
