Drawing design influence from Mexico City and downtown L.A., the transformed jewelry store space is a cut above that of sister resto Malo. Vaulted ceilings and marble floors lend a little luxury. The Mexican comfort fare, such as goat barbacoa and carnitas torta, is delish. Take earplugs.
