It’s all about good cholesterol at the spacious Mediterranean restaurant. Each coastal, Provence-inspired dish is paired with an olive oil from its expansive selection. In fact, aside from the odd pastry dessert, butter is strictly verboten. The champagne bar upstairs (open Thursday through Saturday) offers specialty cocktails in a lounge-like setting. The restaurant also has an inventory of olive oils for sale.
