Step on It

Flip Flop Doormats

flip flop

You’ve cleaned out the closet (finally). You’re ready to unload the goods. And you can’t believe how many of those two-dollar colorful rubber flip-flops you’ve collected. Sure, variety is nice, but — come on — thirteen pairs? Outrageous.

What to do with them? Make a doormat! We spotted the cutest flip-flop doormats made from leftover, unused rubber scraps. Each mat is one of a kind. We know, when you see that “Welcome” sign underfoot, you don’t think, God, that would be perfect if it were only made out of discarded rubber shoes. But trust us. They look great.

And they’ll make your first steps home — from work or a pedicure — happy ones.
