Ghetto Fabulous
The Ghetto Gourmet Comes to Town

Picture this: soiree a la Metropolitan meets Medieval feast. Guests chow high-falutin’ grub while being entertained by dancers, musicians, and/or balloon artists.
Sound like your last dinner party? Probably not. But it could be your next: The Ghetto Gourmet is coming to town.
Bay Area-based Jeremy Townsend takes locations like art galleries, plush houses, and courtyards of art deco apartment buildings and brings in local up-and-coming chefs to create eclectic communal meals that are BYOB and BYOC (cushion).
He’s already hit NYC, and he’ll be in L.A. for a week starting December 2. With only 25 to 30 seats at each event, spaces go fast, but Townsend was nice enough to keep Thursday, December 7, open with DC readers in mind.
Rumor has it that the evening will unfold in a swanky Hollywood Hills pad.
So you better get while the Ghetting is good.
