Imaginary Friends Cards and Prints

People come, people go. But Imaginary Friends? They’ll never let you down.
Hence the aptly named design company and its Rare Beauty series, a line of hand-screen-printed stationery and posters that draws inspiration from nature but kicks things up with supernatural colors and modern flourishes.
Orchid, wildflower, and herb illustrations look like something out of a fairy tale. Same with the animal series of folded note cards on which seahorses fade from purple to red, a Western giant eland takes on shades of aqua and sea foam, and a Panamanian golden frog blushes yellow and orange.
And if you discover life is better when you have a snub-nosed monkey or a few swamp pink flowers with you, their T-shirts and shoulder bags are quite a wearable statement.
Because sometimes all you need to keep it real is a little imagination.
