Good Ink
Foodink Gourmet to Go

Your weapon of choice this Valentine’s Day? A romantic meal. Too bad you’re less known for your boeuf bourguignonne than for your expert preparation of burn cream and Band-Aids.
Forget about the mattone (you weren’t even sure what that was anyway) and dial Foodink Catering. With 24- to 48-hours’ notice, Aussie chef Kate Paul, caterer to the who’s who set, can cook up a Gourmet to Go meal that would make Aphrodite proud.
Her feast might start with an international cheese platter with dried fruits, fig jam, and crackers, followed by tuna tartare on black and white sushi cake; or beet and citron goat cheese crepes with chervil salad and lavender roast chicken, Beluga lentils, and asparagus with preserved lemons. Top it all off with dulce de leche cheesecake.
Then push back your plates; leave the dirty dishes for tomorrow.
And see if you can’t get a little something cooking on your own.
