What’s Cookin’?
Gourmandise

Last time you messed with the big white box in your kitchen, it hissed, spit fire, and charred cookies beyond recognition.
Yes, it’s your great and powerful oven. And Clemence Gossett of Gourmandise (French for “sweet tooth”) can help you tame it. Gossett specializes in American desserts with a French twist and will come to your home armed with the necessary ingredients and equipment to break down baking myths.
Schooled by the pastry chef at her father’s restaurant in the South of France, her curriculum includes cakes (ganache, cutting layers, cake decorating), scones, quiches, and tarts (sweet or savory). She also sells made-to-order carrot cakes, caramel shortbread brownies, chocolate toffee chunk cookies, and more.
But to conquer your fear, you’ll first need to let her in the kitchen.
Before you know it, there’ll be a whole lotta oven going on.
