Smooth Sailing
Brazilian Blowout

Don’t you look smart with those glasses and a collared shirt all tucked in? And your Albert Einstein do is perfection.
Oh. Frazzled brainiac isn’t what you’re going for?
The Brazilian blowout at the Argyle is the solution to your bad-hair conundrum.
Back home in Sao Paulo, stylist Mauricio Ribeiro discovered a super-mild, keratin-based straightening solution that leaves hair soft, shiny, and silky for four to six weeks.
Recommended for curly, wavy, damaged, or color-treated hair, the 60- to 90-minute process starts with a thorough shampoo, followed by a chemical (scented like cake batter) application, blow-dry, and painstaking flat-ironing process. Once that’s finished, you’ll have pin-straight hair — which you can’t touch for 48 hours (ponytail = death).
Once you do wash, your hair will dry sleek and frizz-free as if it has been professionally blown out. From there on out, simply shampoo, condition, and brush.
Pure genius.
