Too Legit to Quit
Dedicated E-mail: Nike

You’d tootsie roll and electric slide in lieu of conventional exercise altogether, if you could.
But the weird looks at the gym make the dip, baby, dip and boogie, woogie, woogie parts uncomfortable. So you choose to run.
For a change of pace, let those legs run you right over to the Nike Run Hit Remix on September 15 at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum, where you can six-step, butterfly, and even rock some running man (pun intended), in between jogging an action-packed five mile race.
Hip-hop artists such as Naughty by Nature, Sir Mix-a-Lot, The Sugarhill Gang, and Dawn Robinson of En Vogue will be giving live performances along the course. Your reward for finishing? A post race concert from the one, the only, M.C. Hammer. (What time is the race over? Hammer time.)
Registration for the 9 a.m. race costs $31 until August 28 ($39 after), and $1 from each entry goes to Let Me Play, an effort to build play surfaces in L.A. Space is limited, so be sure to register early.
Otherwise, you can’t touch this.
