How do you do it? That fierce leopard is wrapped right around your little finger. Same goes for big bad wolfie over there — and just look at that grizzly!

Could it be pure animal magnetism? No, better. Daphna Simon.

Working in 18 karat gold with the occassional diamond or mandarin garnet, Simon’s baubles are polished and poised. Tiny sculpted animals perch atop hefty signature rings; delicate rock bangles get the rough and tumble treatment; and would-be wood rounds are detailed into log studs.

Still, even with big cats dangling from pendants and cubs climbing branch earrings, Simon’s tightly edited debut collection comes off pretty tame.

But you’ll see soon enough that it’s wild at heart.
