Team Paso Doble Diablos blew us away during regular daytime lessons, but it turns out the real action heats up when the sun goes down. Fifteen bucks grants all-access (plus two drink tickets and bar snacks) to the back room studio shufflefest.

Tappah’ Troupers waste no time with an hour of group lessons, spanning from the hustle to merengue. A word to the wise: Whoa there, Lindy Hip-Hop Honeys! Watch out for sequins, T-straps, and a lady-killer named Antonio. It’s an all-age, partner-swapping atmosphere — anything goes.
Bachata to Lady Gaga, clear the floor for instructor demo dance-offs, and don’t bring a wallflower partner if you know what’s what.
