Your penchant for lobster with peanut butter makes people think you’ve got a bun in the oven.

Next time a peculiar craving sets in, look no further than Sublime Chocolate, purveyor of milk chocolate, hickory-smoked-bacon truffles.

Yep, the Allen-based company has ’em. As well as bites infused with golden curry, peppermint tea, Turkish coffee, pecan pie, mango, and Thai ginger. More traditional types (dark chocolate raspberry, hazelnut praline, milk chocolate caramel) are also available, as well as spicy caliente and caramel with sea salt.

Just as divine are the artisan brown and orange boxes they come in. And since the sweets are all natural, owner/ex-lawyer Troy Easton advises that you open and devour within seven to ten days to ensure freshness.
