In the spirit of “if it’s not on the to-do list, it’s never gonna get done,” we present to you a list for getting back into it.
1. Enlist Grandma and Grandpa to watch the kids for the weekend.
2. Head south to Alderbrook Resort & Spa, a secluded waterfront spot on the beautiful Hood Canal.
3. Indulge in a couple’s massage at the serene spa to loosen up.
4. Take a bottle of wine on an evening stroll along the quiet new walking trail. Drink. Stop to enjoy the sunset. Make out feverishly.
5. Back in your room, draw a bath for two. Disrobe each other. Slowly. Enjoy berries and champers in the tub.
6. Wake up, whenever. Leave your undies where you dropped them last night. Sip French-pressed coffee on the balcony.
7. Get dressed. Head home.
8. Have a lock installed on the bedroom door.
