Savor Guilt-Free Spa Treatments

The Right Way to Indulge

spa treatments for foodies!

Two days into 2012’s official chocolate ban, and you’ve already begged someone to break you off a piece. Luckily, we’ve found a loophole — Miami’s best food-based spa treatments.

Chocolate Facial, $155 for 50 minutes
Ideal for the sweets addict with dry or dehydrated skin, The Spa at Equinox treatment is packed with antioxidants that boost elasticity. We’re not sure why that is, but we love how the milk protein, cocoa, and aloe leaf extract mask moisturizes our mug.

Kesari’s Saffron Glow Facial, $170 for 60 minutes
Combining the pricey spice (with supposed mood-enhancing properties) with kokum butter and aloe vera yields a radiant complexion and minimizes lines. See for yourself at Agua at Delano.

Double Chocolate Pedicure, $70 for 60 minutes
Sink your feet into a hot chocolate milk skin-smoothing soak to prep them for a full-service pedi at Bliss. The comfort pros even serve a sweet treat on the side. (Remember, calories consumed at the spa don’t count.)

Coconut Rub and Milk Ritual Wrap, $110 for 45 minutes
A slice of coconut pie is one thing, but a tropical treatment at Elemis mixes the fruit with mung bean and vanilla to slough off dead skin before a warm milk bath. The whipped cream on top? Getting gently cocooned in a foil wrap afterward.

Blueberry Bliss Body Treatment, $75 for 30 minutes
The Spa at Shore Club mixes raw sugar cane, blueberries, and soy for a scrub that leaves skin feeling light and lovely.

See? Easy as pie.
