What: Georges-Eric Farge (George’s in South Miami, George’s in the Grove) is at it again with a new concept in Midtown that includes dinner by Steven Rojas and a loft fully stocked with libations, tapas, and after-dinner aspirations.
Why: Kabocha squash agnolotti with poached egg and truffle brown butter; short rib tartare served on the bone with capers, poached bone marrow, and caviar.

Yoga Night at the New World Symphony
What: Send your ears into a meditative state with a 30-minute concert with music from The Barber of Seville and Der Freischütz. Afterward, join instructors and Lululemon ambassadors Paul Toliuszis, Christy Nones McKenzie, and Rina Jakubowicz as they bend you into shape at a free yoga class.
Why: Music and video art is projected onto a 7,000-square-foot wall while you get your om on.
