New to Flywheel, this hybrid class ($25) blends core, circuit training, dance, and strengthening (phew) and uses props like light weights to tighten all over.

Pay homage to the neighborhood’s musical heyday with soul, funk, and hip-hop mash-ups performed by an eighteen-piece big band at the hotel where some of the greats (Count Basie, Dizzy Gillespie, and Etta James) tuned in.
