What: The Yardbird and Khong River House folks’ latest restaurant is devoted to all things pig. Settle in for comfort fare (pork porterhouse with pickled cabbage and Yukon Gold potato confit) amid exposed brick walls, or head to the upstairs bar for barreled bourbon flown in from Kentucky.
