Chef Frederic Joulin (formerly of Villa Mayfair in Coconut Grove) mans the restaurant’s open kitchen, preparing dishes that range from tiradito and traditional Peruvian ceviche to a gourmet twist on Asian pot stickers stuffed with braised short ribs and portobello mushrooms. And thanks to walls lined with terra-cotta pots, you can expect microgreens bursting with celery, beet, and herb flavors. 

The menu reflects a Floridian approach to farm-to-table cooking — produce picked in Homestead, snapper caught in the Gulf of Mexico, and rock shrimp from Key West. Thirsty? Four South Florida brews are always on tap.
