FAAM’s Street Art Exhibition and Auction
What: Preview iconic works from cities such as London, New York, and Miami — including Banksy’s famed Kissing Coppers — before they go up for auction (Feb. 18, 6 p.m.).
Why: Arresting displays by Speedy Graphito, Bambi, Basquiat, and Keith Haring, among others.

Love Boat
What: Set sail on the S.S. Bâoli — sort of — as the South Beach spot celebrates the Miami International Yacht and Boat Show with a party straight out of Cannes (dress code: nautical chic).
Why: Avoid the abominable convention center traffic and park yourself for chef Gustavo Vertone’s decadent seafood tower, stone crabs, and more nautical-inspired dishes, plus a free glass of champagne.

Paper Hearts
What: Yours is made of gold, so grab a date and head downtown to raise funds for exhibitions and educational programming at Miami Dade College’s flagship institution.
Why: Sip cocktails, bid on pieces from 50 Works on Paper during the silent auction, and dance to music by Afrobeta.
When: Tonight, 8-11 p.m.

Cognac Day
What: Pinecrest celebrates its sister city’s namesake spirit with an outdoor fete, including tastings and a Musée des Arts du Cognac poster exhibit.
Why: French food, booze, and music by the Miami Youth Symphony will be the reason for your sudden joie de vivre.
When: Sat., noon-4 p.m.
