And the developers said, Let there be condos!
Let the Boulevard of Biscayne separate from the waters, yet offer water views.
Let the skies multiply with cranes, the units with loft ceilings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.
Which they did.
And there was evening and morning.
But there was no breakfast — and not much for lunch.
Until there cameth two couples (Mark and Manny, Ivana and Jeff),
Who said, Let there also be a neighborhood here on Biscayne!
And a cafe for all, with a flower shop next door.
Take this former garage built in 1914 where the cars didst repair and findeth gas, and convert ye space with bay windows into a New York-style cafe.
Free wireless Internet and fresh homemade everything: breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, turkey burgers, curry chicken salad, Capicola ham and sundried tomato caprese sandwiches.
Go forth with only the best cupcakes.
And on the seventh day, lift a mimosa to a future Sunday brunch. (You can rest later.)
