We know it’s hard to break up with your hairdresser. But when dude calls you by another client’s name while you’re sitting in his chair, it’s time to give that hair whore his walking foil papers.
Danny Dillon promises to stay faithful to your follicles, which is why the hair veteran decided to open Shampology. Tucked away in a Design District building filled mostly with galleries, the salon fits right in with its artistic surroundings: The paintings on the walls are for sale, vintage hair dryers decorate the shelves, and the lighting makes each work of art (that would be your hair) look like a million bucks.
Dillon says his main goal is to make sure your styling experience is totally personalized, so don’t be surprised if he asks you questions about everything from your daily routine to your makeup application — which, of course, he’ll keep totally confidential.
Because unlike your ex, he’d never blow and tell.
