Becky Cooks Personal Chef Services

Remember those to-die-for goat cheese and kumquat tartlets you made for last month’s dinner party?

Yeah, neither does anyone else. You had the best intentions (which were replaced by frozen Costco spinach pies), but, hey, intentions don’t put pastries in our bellies.

Becky Clark will, though. Trained at Johnson & Wales and in Montepulciano, Tuscany, the New York native recently relocated to Miami and started Becky Cooks. Hire her to throw together the perfect cozy dinner party, whether it’s for the whole gang or just you and your honey. She’ll even stop by preparty to help you plan a theme (if you’re into that).

For a more interactive experience, Clark also hosts intimate cooking classes, where she’ll show you and your culinary-challenged friends how to whip up bites like mango and mascarpone cheese puffs; pici with chanterelle mushrooms, butternut squash, and sage; and hickory and rosemary-smoked Aussie strip steak.

Sure beats those waygu sliders you never made.
