The boutique, opening today, is situated along a stretch of Bird Road that’s quickly becoming a mini fashion mecca. Inside — white walls, wood floors, high ceilings, and chandeliers — you’ll find vintage-inspired By Francine tops, Rosa Chá dresses, Elizabeth Cole jewelry, and Cocobelle sandals.
