Subject: So Insensitive

Today’s posting on the BioTrainer was very insensitive. This line, “So for you, oh, anal one, the BioTrainer” is disgusting. Perhaps your writers should do some research as to how many people suffer and lead challenged lives because of OCD. For many people, OCD is uncontrollable, and because of it they cannot lead a normal life. To see a professional website make a mockery simply reflects on the caliber of writers on your staff: uneducated, insensitive, and unaware of real-world problems.

We tried to answer this e-mail, but we had way too much hand washing to do.
