The rope shoes are made from spun carpet fibers welded together. The results are cute, casual sandals that are outrageously comfortable. (No chafing here.)

The floppers come in four styles: lots of straps, medium amount of straps, two straps only, and the toe wedge. (Not the official names.) Colors range from natural beige to standouts like pink, yellow, and blue.

Salt water and chlorine resistant, they’re perfect for the beach and pool yet sturdy enough to wear hiking (though our lazy butts have yet to test that claim). They’re even machine washable and dryer dryable. And no worries about losing them at sea: They float.

Sounds like a wet dream.
