A Three-Hour Pour
Ginger Passion Martini Recipe

Sure, Gilligan preferred Mary Ann, but you thought she was a priss. (“Oh, look at me. I wear pigtails and gingham.” Yuck.)
You’d rather be stranded with sassy Ginger anyday.
We’ll drink to that — with a Ginger Passion martini. We searched high and low for the perfect recipe. (Fine, we drunkenly stumbled upon it at Casa Tua.) Manager and mixologist Andreas Schreiner’s feisty beverage is perfect to sip on an island, but it’s great on the mainland, too.
Ginger Passion Martini
Ingredients
¼ oz. cranberry juice
4 oz. vodka
3 oz. Domaine de Canton
½ oz. fresh passion fruit puree
1. Pour vodka, cranberry juice, Domaine de Canton, and passion fruit puree over ice.
2. Shake what your momma gave you (and the drink).
3. Strain into chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with red pepper flakes.
5. Drink until you feel deserted.
