Onda Love Opens

These days it seems everyone is knee-deep in Colombian goodie bags.

You’ve tried to get your hands on the stuff, but didn’t have a dealer.

Now you do: Carolina Fernandez. Her new boutique, Onda Love, is chockful of Colombian accessories. The limited-edition jewelry and handbags are made exclusively for her shop.

The rings are particularly unusual: amber set in wood, topaz nestled in black horn, silver topped with uncut turquoise. And for your ears: silver flowers with emerald buds. Each handmade piece will garner a “Where did you find that?”

Even the shop itself is unique: The wallpaper is handcrafted in Colombia, floral appliques decorate the windows, a chaise lounge faces fresh orchids.

The gems vary from simple to flamboyant, as do the prices ($8 to $800, for precious stones).

But they’re sure to give you a natural high.
