Wild fer Pie. Yeast Infatuation. Dutch Oven. Muffin Divers.
There are some plays on words one should never use when opening a bakery.
Perhaps Two Girls and a Cupcake (ask a pervy friend, we can’t even begin to explain) didn’t get the memo. Or owners and friends Eileen Sanchez and Evelyn Dieppa don’t have their minds in the gutter like the rest of us. They just figured they’d go with something simple and let the baked goods do the talking.
Through good old trial and error, the duo came up with an adorably themed menu. The Breakfast Club includes morning goodness like When Doughnut Met Coffee (vanilla cupcake/donut glaze/coffee buttercream); while Bite of Miami gives local props with options like South Peach. Other categories include Happy Hour, Old Fashion, and Kids Favorites.
For now, they’re baking everything in their own kitchen. Sounds like their cup runneth over.
With milk, people.
