So does local moonlighting patissier Sasha Miller. Her new biz, Sweets by Sasha, sells chocolate-covered strawberries injected with vodka, rum, or cognac. (No hand-eye coordination necessary.)

Miller drizzles the strawberries with sprinkles, assorted candy, peanuts, or coconut flakes. For those on the wagon, she can hold the hooch. Or opt for a mini cheesecake: Flavors include raspberry swirl, peanut butter cup, chocolate, or pumpkin.

Miller also does custom orders, decorating individual strawberries (to resemble, say, a tux or wedding gown) or dyeing the chocolate to match your color scheme.
