The new catering company makes mini donuts — live. Yup, the crew arrives complete with frying station, where they craft the sugary, alcohol-absorbing snacks. Each confection can be topped with powered or cinnamon sugar, vanilla, chocolate, or raspberry. Guests won’t have to swarm the spread: The pastry whizzes can make 1,200 in an hour (in case you’re entertaining the entire Miami PD).

Also on offer: mini funnel cakes, chocolate fountains, candy carts, deep-fried Oreos, and fudge puppies (Belgian waffles dipped in fudge and topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, or nuts).
