Caviar Kaspia Restaurant Opens

Welcome to Caviar Kaspia, opening today at The Webster. The dining portion of your boutique escape is the third outpost (Paris, Hong Kong) of the restaurant favored by the fashion elite.

Check in: The travertine reception desk of this former hotel is now the bar, offering house-label vodka, champagne, and wine.

Amenities: original terrazzo floors; round indented ceiling; booths upholstered in brown-, silver-, and gold-striped silk fabric by Pierre Frey.

Menu: smoked salmon; lobster medallions; duck foie gras; baked potato or eggs Benedict with caviar; and classic service of Oscietre, Sevruga, and Baccari. (Gift baskets are available.)

Rooms: The second and third floors purvey collections like Balenciaga, YSL, Marc Jacobs, and Lanvin, as well as accessories and watches.

Penthouse: The rooftop lounge has an ocean view and is available for private events.

Wake-up call: stepping back into the real world.
