Mardi Gras? Between the Sazeracs, beignets, and things you did for beads, the once seven deadly sins grew to 70. Embrace New Orleans at Ahnvee, opening tomorrow on South Beach.

Pride: They serve both gourmet Creole and rustic Cajun cuisine.

Gluttony: Sample Louisiana specialties like crawfish etouffee, jambalaya, seafood gumbo, chicken andouille, and crab cakes, along with sides like dirty rice and three-potato hash.

Greed: There’s world-class New Orleans music live in the lounge and a separate cognac and cigar room.

Sloth: The dining room has seven-foot-tall creamy leather banquettes equipped with flat-screen TVs, which broadcast the lounge performances.

Wrath: The fish in the aquarium floor get to swim in their drink — and you don’t.
