She says: Sustainable ingredients and more refined options, like pan-roasted escolar with soy-ginger glaze, taste even better.

He says: I can watch the big game on an 82-inch flat-screen — starting early Sunday mornings.

She says: They cover up the tube when there isn’t a big game — and my girlfriends and I can order make-your-own mimosas at Sunday brunch.

He says: The comfy leather club chairs make me feel at home.

She says: The lighting in the Redwood-and-copper-accented dining room makes me look great.

He says: I love you, honey.

She says: I love The Republic, too.
