What: Housed in the Old Rainier Brewery, the Georgetown suds-maker kicks off production with a party, live music, pints, and beer-flavored brats.
Why: Dottie, its local lager, is a copper-colored session beer made from almost-exclusively Washington-grown ingredients.

Pike Place Market Artisan Food Festival
